Flatsome theme is known to have a conflict with our plugin because they’re also using Flickity slider as we do. If you are using Flatsome theme on your site, you *might* see only 1 upsell product on your popup even though you set multiple upsell products for that popup. Some users have reported that only one single upsell product is displayed on their popup while the other upsell products can only be seen when clicking the side arrows (carousel). Some have also reported that they see no arrows.
Try copying and pasting the following CSS code to your theme’s (or child theme’s) style.css file to fix the issue:
